Cancellation Policy

At SH Associates, we recognize that circumstances may change, and we aim to make the process of cancellation or rescheduling as smooth and considerate as possible. Kindly review the details.

Cancellation by Client

Notice Period:

  • More than 60 days before the event: A full refund of the deposit will be provided, minus a small administrative fee (10% of the deposit).
  • 30-60 days before the event: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Less than 30 days before the event: Regrettably, no refund can be issued for the deposit, and the client will be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the company related to the event.

Cancellation by SH Associates

In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, illness), the client will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. We will also make every effort to support the client in rescheduling the event at no extra cost.

Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule the event up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date with no penalties. The rescheduled date must be within six months of the original event date and will depend on the availability of our team.
  • For rescheduling requests made less than 30 days before the event, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total event cost may apply.
  • Force Majeure

    Neither SH Associates nor the client will be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to situations beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or other significant events.

    Non-Refundable Costs

    Any non-refundable expenses (such as venue bookings or vendor payments) that have been made on behalf of the client and cannot be recovered will remain the client’s responsibility.

    Client’s Responsibilities

    The client is responsible for notifying all attendees, vendors, and other involved parties of any changes or cancellations. SH Associates will not be liable for costs incurred by third parties as a result of a cancellation initiated by the client.

    Refund Process

    If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 30 business days of the cancellation.

    Dispute Resolution

    In the event of any disagreement regarding a cancellation, both parties agree to make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue amicably before considering further action.
